Some people with their Horvath-Kites.
Some of our kites. The largest one, the long way home, features a wingspan of 2.76 m, a bit more than 9 feet. The urban ninja on the right has a span of of 1.37 m, four and a half feet. That doesn’t sound very large, but you have quite a serious kite on the line.

Which zero wind kite to fly?

Originally the graphical chart to overview your collection, here's a handout with all the kites.

The zero and light wind kites are shown in relative scale, including the respective minimum time and space requirements for a weightless flight.

Sail: icarex colors

Icarex pc31 is a very light, dimensionally stable polycarbonate-coated polyester-fabric for sails of equally light kites.

The number of available colors gets smaller from time to time, and we have, in 2024, only very small amounts of some special rarities left.

Flying lines for light kites

Long Dyneema-Spectra flying lines on a Z.125™ reel are good at high flights in wind or without wind.

Short flying lines on Microwinder™ are handy when flying without wind, especially with rather small kites in urban environments.

Zero wind kites: the features

A carefully developed material-composition supports the precise manufacturing and the refined flight characteristics of the ultralight flying objects.

Still, the basis is and remains the new, unique flight concept of the synergetic zero wind kite.
